- Take the steaks out of the fridge and from the vacuum pack for 40 minutes before grilling. Don t cut the Fat; the Organic Fat increase the test and the tender of the Beef .
- Put the steak on top the hot grill , if you like:
- Rear put grill or fry 34each side + 2 min bone side
- Medium 5 each side + 3 min bone side
- Don’t flip the steak with fork to don’t loose the wonderful juices.
- Remove from the grill and cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
