“Buristo” is an ancient Tuscan cured meat made with pork fat, rind, and pig’s blood, seasoned with salt, pepper, spices, and natural flavorings. Salcis, founded in 1941, aims to unify Tuscan salami producers in the Siena area, with the Morbidi family tracing ownership back to Armando Morbidi.
