One of the best cut of the steer, perfect for cook medium rear in the oven, on the grill or pan.
- Take the steaks out of the fridge and from the vacuum pack for 40 minutes before grilling. Don t cut the Fat ; the Organic Fat increase the test and the tender of the Beef .
- Put the steak on top the hot grill, don’t flip until the bottom is golden brown and slightly .
- Then move the steak off to the side (over indirect heat) until the desired doneness.
- Don’t flip the steak with fork to don’t loose the wonderful juices.
- Remove from the grill and cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Cut and apply steak salt and olive oil or Steak Butter and serve.
