Pesce Azzurro leads the Italian canned fish market. The company began by producing anchovies and salted sardines from local waters.
It supplied these products to major Italian companies. In the 1980s, it expanded to include anchovy fillets in oil in various formats.
Our facility operates near the fishing port of Cefalù in Sicily. Skilled workers process and preserve all products entirely by hand. They follow ancient Sicilian traditions passed down by generations of local fishermen. These methods preserve the original aromas and flavors of Mediterranean recipes.
