Sweet-Sour White Balsamic Condiment of Modena I.G.P. BIO I Solai – 250ml

This product is obtained by blending the concentrated must of white grapes with white wine vinegar. We also add a part of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI which makes the taste more round and persistent. The white grapes enhance the most delicate and balanced part of the product.
