One of the best cut of the steer, perfect for cook medium rear in the oven, on the grill or pan

• Take the steaks out of the fridge and from the vacuum pack for 60 minutes before grilling. Don’t cut the Fat; the Organic Fat
• Increase the test and the tender of the Beef .
• Put the steak on top the hot grill if you like :
• Rear put grill or fry 5 each side + 10 min bone side
• Medium 6 each side + 15 min bone side
• Don’t flip the steak with fork to don’t loose the wonderful juices.
• Remove from the grill and cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
