What does biodynamic mean?

The biodynamic approach was born in the early 1900s and requires respect for the timing and characteristics of the soil. Fertilization and cultivation are carried out in a completely natural way, without the use of synthetic mineral fertilizers and chemical pesticides, preserving the biodiversity of the soil. The products obtained following the biodynamic method are completely natural, safe and respectful of the environment.

Despite being our basic product, this balsamic vinegar has an important percentage of cooked grape must, which balances harmoniously the acidity of the wine vinegar. It is a fantastic, clean and fresh seasoning, suitable for salads and as a valid alternative to standard vinegar by adding a bittersweet aftertaste to the dish.

To be combined with: mixed salads, pinzimonio, fish and meat marinades, omelettes.

Better Organic or Biodynamic?
