PomAgro BIO Apple Balsamic Vinegar is born from the combination of our apple cider vinegar and concentrated apple juice. The amount of apple juice that is added influences the density and quality of the vinegar. All variations of our Balsamics are produced in an artisanal way and most of the packaging process is done manually. Furthermore, these vinegars are also not pasteurized to preserve their organoleptic properties.
