One of the best cut of the steer, perfect for cook medium rear in the oven, on the grill or pan

• Take the steaks out of the fridge and from the vacuum pack for 40 minutes before grilling. Don t cut the Fat; the Organic Fat increase the test and the tender of the Beef.
• Put the steak on top the hot grill if you like:
• Rear put grill or fry 3-4 each side
• Medium 4-5 each side
• Don’t flip the steak with fork to don’t loose the wonderful juices.
• Remove from the grill and cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
